1. WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION

All Ennoshi devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Ennoshi (as the manufacturer and guarantor) will replace the defective device with an equivalent item free of charge.

  • The warranty applies only to original Ennoshi products purchased through authorized sellers or our official website.
  • Replacements provided under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

This warranty applies to customers in Turkey, the European Union, and the United States. For other regions, please refer to your local distributor.

Availability of replacement units and support services may vary depending on local regulations and import restrictions.

3. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If your Ennoshi device develops a fault:

    1. Check the user manual and FAQ section for troubleshooting.
    2. If the issue persists, contact our Customer Service team for assistance:

      • The device’s serial number (located on the bottom of the packaging and the base of the device).
      • The date of purchase and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
      • A clear description of the issue and any steps taken to resolve it.
      • Photographs or videos may be requested to verify the issue before initiating a return.

4. WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality).
  • Improper or abusive handling.
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s usage instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Accidental damage, including drops or liquid damage (check if your home
    insurance policy covers such incidents).
  • External factors such as fire, theft, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, fuses, light bulbs, filters, etc.).
  • Commercial or business use of the product.
  • Any indirect loss suffered due to being unable to use the product.
  • Routine servicing, inspections, or cleaning of the product.
  • Damage resulting from the use of non-Ennoshi accessories, liquids, or components.
  • Malfunctions caused by connecting the device to incompatible power sources or chargers.
  • Use of the device with substances or refills not recommended or certified by Ennoshi.

5. LEGAL RIGHTS 

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights but extends them, providing additional protection beyond the legal requirements in your region.

In case of conflict between local consumer protection laws and this warranty, the provision that offers greater protection to the consumer shall prevail.

6. RIGHT oF WITHDRAWAL (14-Day Return Policy) 

In addition to your statutory rights, Ennoshi offers customers a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you purchased your device directly through our official website, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
